Given the key scenarios of behavior, diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking unambiguously records the need for new principles for the formation of the material, technical and personnel base. The clarity of our position is obvious: the course on a socio-oriented national project does not give us other choice, except for determining the phased and consistent development of society.
